A new look for the Blue City office

The Media Markt office in Warsaw is distinguished by its thoughtful use of space, which emphasizes the modernity of the brand and its dynamic character. This effect was achieved during the reorganization and rearrangement of the office, divided into two stages, and the works carried out resulted in a complete change in the appearance and character of our client's offices. The new version of the office includes a large number of places for meetings, both formal and informal, spaces for collaborative work, two large, modernly arranged kitchens.

In the project, we used our own glass partition walls and simple but functional office furniture. The key element of the arrangement are office carpet tiles and vinyl panels arranged in original patterns, which not only define the space aesthetically, but also contribute to its acoustics and comfort of use. 

Solutions applied

The interior of the office is spacious, which favors open communication and the free flow of ideas. Bright colors and refined patterns of carpets introduce a graphic element and visual order, while giving each zone a unique character. Tile patterns not only decorate the floor, but also act as visual pathways, directing employees and visitors to various areas of the office.

Lockers are a key element of equipment in all places where the ability to safely store personal items belonging to employees or other users of the space is needed. They are perfect as lockers for cloakrooms, storage lockers for offices and deposit lockers for public premises such as swimming pools and gyms.

Most office resources are not needed by all employees in the same scope and at the same time. This is a saving opportunity that can be easily exploited thanks to modern office resource management tools. This also applies to lockers. Locker cabinets can have many configurations, they can be locked with a key or have the option of using electronically encrypted locks with a management system via a dedicated application. The latter solution is particularly convenient: it allows office administration to easily manage resources, and allows users to have keyless access to cabinets via a monitor built into the locker or directly from the smartphone screen.

Carpet flooring in the office

Why is it worth choosing carpet? First of all, carpet is perfect for soundproofing. Workers are not distracted by the click of heels or the crunch of sand under their shoes. Office work is primarily mental work, so any distracting sounds can have a significant impact on employee efficiency. Secondly, carpeting makes the office look much cozier.
