The new office of the Maczfit company

The new office of the Maczfit, a leader in the diet catering industry, has been included in the list of the 20 most design-oriented offices of the first half of2022 in the Property Design  ranking.

Due to the dynamic development of Maczfit, the company's management board, in order to meet the needs of its employees, decided to change its main office. 

Solutions applied

The choice fell on the Office Park office building in Warsaw's Wilanów district at 17 Branickiego Street. The leased space is nearly 700 sq.m and is located on the ground floor.

An office full of greenery

The main decoration of the space is greenery, present not only in the form of potted plants, but also in the form of climbing plants coming out of the ceiling. Loft-style furniture gives the interiors a light character and goes perfectly with lots of greenery. Plenty of soft and comfortable upholstered furniture evokes a homely feel in the new office.

 The space has been given a completely new layout with mostly glass walls, creating a bright and welcoming working environment. In addition to separate offices, rooms such as an exercise room, a spacious kitchen and a reception area with sofas and armchairs have found their place. In turn, three meeting halls of different sizes have been prepared for working in larger teams or for meetings with contractors.

Reception counter

Greenery in the office

 Plants in the office mean better air - by assimilating carbon dioxide they produce oxygen and they also affect air quality by increasing humidity, speeding up circulation, which is particularly important in air-conditioned areas filled with electrical equipment. 

Greenery reflects, scatters and absorbs sound waves. This has an obvious effect on improving well-being and comfort of work. The appropriate use, arrangement of greenery has a huge impact on us, it affects the senses, relaxes us, energizes us for action – increases work performance.

Kitchen

The kitchen in an office is a space from which we expect a completely different function than from a typical office space. The completely different style of this interior should allow the employee to relax, subconsciously make it easier to unwind and redirect their thoughts to matters other than work. 

An important element are the materials we will use in the kitchen - the idea is that the look of the table tops and cupboards should be distinctly different from that of the work desks. Hence the use of noble solutions, such as solid wood, lacquered mdf, natural stone. Arranged in this way, the kitchen will be the perfect place for employees to meet freely and bond as a team.

Reception

The most important perception of a company is the first 15 seconds - this is the motto we follow when arranging reception spaces. The reception area is the showcase of every company. It is the place frequented by our customers, employees, suppliers, couriers - all those who have contact with our company. The arrangement of the reception space must therefore be unique, reflecting the spirit of the company, while at the same time providing comfort for both employees and waiting guests.
