Diversey Poland, a leader in providing professional cleanliness and hygiene solutions across a wide range of commercial industries, has been a long-time client of ours.

After the end of the pandemic, when remote work became the new labour norm, many companies faced the challenge of convincing employees to return to the office. This problem did not escape our client either. The question was asked: how to transform the existing office so that it fills up with employees once again, without reducing its floor space (Diversey occupies nearly 960 sq m in the Beta Eurocentrum Office building)? The solution was entrusted to our team.

Solutions applied

We based our work on the new office arrangement on several major assumptions:

reducing the number of employee desks in favour of new meeting spaces in the office: small conference rooms and informal meeting zones (armchairs, sofas, swings);
the creation of chillout areas, on the one hand allowing for rest and relaxation, and on the other allowing for formal and informal meetings, both with clients and with colleagues;
the introduction of plants in the office, which clearly enhance well-being and comfort at work, thus considerably increasing productivity;
the creation of a completely new kitchen area, at the heart of which is a large table, which is the perfect place for employees to meet freely and integrate the team;

Swings

Light swaying is great for calming emotions, stimulating concentration and promoting efficiency. The use of swings creates an informal, creativity-boosting meeting space while bringing the atmosphere of the park into the office.
