The EU agency offices

Our long-standing client, the only EU Agency whose headquarters are located in our country, continues to expand its activities. As the Agency grows, so does the office space it occupies. We are pleased to have been able to participate in this development since 2014.

We have just completed two new projects - comprehensive deliveries of office furniture in two different locations in Warsaw, a total of around 700 workstations based on electrically height-adjustable desks.

Solutions applied

Ergonomics, acoustics, colour, greenery, relaxation - these are the keywords that guided our client when starting work on the new office spaces. All these premises led to the creation of modern yet employee-friendly spaces.

Desks with electrically adjustable height

Desks with adjustable height provide the possibility of changing the position, and being in motion increases productivity, improves well-being and reduces fatigue. Desks of this type are becoming an essential piece of equipment for any modern office, open space or study.

Acoustic wall panels

Acoustic wall panels are a unique solution that not only allows you to decorate your office space but also positively impacts acoustics. Made from rPET felt (recycled material) and PET, these panels are not only stylish but also environmentally friendly.

Conference chairs

The conference chair with adjustable seat height is the perfect solution for training and conference spaces. The bucket seat remains comfortable even when sitting for a long time. The ergonomic base with actuator and castors increases the functionality of the furniture and makes it perfect for a long meeting.

Acoustic desk dividers

By creating soundproof workplaces, we positively influence the comfort and efficiency of the duties performed. Solutions

Desks with electrically adjustable height

Desks with adjustable height provide the possibility of changing the position, and being in motion increases productivity, improves well-being and reduces fatigue. The adjustable height of the desk allows the height setting of the desktop to be adjusted in a way that is optimal for each user and also for the type of work carried out. Such desks can be equipped with a controller with height setting memory, an anti-collision sensor and a remote control that acts as a fit assistant when working with desks. The smart app will remind users of the need to stand up at the right time, tell them how many calories they can burn and remember their favourite settings. All its functions can be operated from a PC, MAC and via a tablet or a smartphone.
